This page sets out the personal information Nexx Online holds when you buy from us, what it is used for, and who else sees it.
Information we hold
- Your order details – name, shipping address, email and phone number, which we need to charge the order and get it to you.
- Card details – entered on our payment provider’s secure form. Your full card number never reaches us.
- How the site is used – simple technical data such as which pages load, so we can keep the shop running and fix problems.
What it is used for
Shipping your order, replying to you, handling returns and refunds, and keeping the records the law requires. Your details are never sold.
Who else sees it
Our payment provider, to process the charge, and the carrier, to deliver the parcel. Neither may use it for anything else.
How long it is kept
Order records stay on file only as long as tax law requires and are then removed.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it removed when we are not obliged to keep it. Email support@nexxusonline.store.
Cookies
The shop uses only the cookies it needs to hold your basket and keep you logged in. You can turn cookies off in your browser, but the basket will stop working.
