Returns and refunds
Changed your mind? Send back any item that is still unused and unopened within 30 days of it arriving, and we refund what you paid for that item.
Starting a return
Email support@nexxusonline.store with the order number and the items you are returning, and we will reply with the address to send them to.
Good to know
- Items need to come back unused, in the packaging they arrived in. Gloves must not have been worn on a course.
- You cover the cost of sending a return, unless we made a mistake or the item was damaged.
- Once the return reaches us, the refund is on its way to your original payment method within five working days.
- We refund the original delivery charge only when the return is down to our error.
Broken or wrong item
Send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or refund the item and the postage in full. Keep the item unless we ask for it back.
