Terms of sale
These terms cover every order placed with Nexx Online through this website.
Your order
Placing an order is an offer to buy, and the contract starts when our confirmation email is sent. If something you ordered turns out to be out of stock, we will let you know and refund that item in full.
Prices and payment
All prices are listed in US dollars on the product pages, and your card is charged at checkout. If a price is plainly wrong, we will get in touch before the order ships and you can choose to cancel it.
Delivery
Delivery times we give are our best estimate rather than a promise. The goods are your responsibility once they have been delivered.

Our liability
These terms do not limit any liability the law does not allow us to limit. Beyond that, the most we are liable for on any order is what you paid for it.
